Living in Stress = Living in Survival
When something threatens us, our sympathetic nervous system kicks in. This stress response is designed to help us survive, but it comes at a cost: our body burns enormous amounts of energy. It’s meant to be short-term—not a state to live in every day.
But here’s the tricky part: our brain doesn’t only react to real danger. It also responds to our thoughts. We’re wired to remember experiences by how they made us feel. When we keep replaying a stressful moment—or imagine worst-case scenarios—our body can’t tell the difference between the memory and the actual event. The result? The same stress response, on repeat. We get trapped in the past.
In a constant state of stress, your body spends nearly all of its energy just coping. Over time, health issues emerge. Many people even become emotionally addicted to “their story.”
The way forward? Bringing your autonomic nervous system back into balance.

Time isn’t as linear as we’ve been taught. Everything unfolds in the eternal present moment. The pineal gland acts like a dimensional timepiece—allowing us to tune in, expand, and connect.
When we step out of survival mode and into balance, we begin to realize our greatest potential. We are not just linear beings living linear lives—we are dimensional beings, living dimensional lives.
Steps to Let Go of the Past & Create Your Future
Step 1: Acknowledge & Release
• Consciously acknowledge everything that happened in your past—one last time.
• Accept it fully, and then choose to leave the memories behind.
• Begin to fill the empty space with thoughts of the future you want to create.
Step 2: Let Go of Negative Emotions
• Release the negative emotions you’ve been holding onto.
• Allow space for positivity, love, and new possibilities.
Step 3: Shift Towards Your New Future
• Move your life away from being defined by the past.
• Take intentional steps toward the future you want.
Practical Exercises
1. Burn & Release Ritual
• Create a 2-column table:
– Left column: list the traumatic or depressing situations that still bother you.
– Right column: write down the negative feelings each situation triggers.
• When finished, burn the paper as a symbolic act of release.
2. Journal Your New Future
• Write down all the changes you want to make in your life.
• Be as vivid as possible—describe what it looks like, feels like, and sounds like.
• Remember: anything is possible.
