The Eternal Now
Do not live in the past or the future.
The present moment is the only place where change is possible.
How the Mind Works
Mind = brain in action (active neural tissue = active mind).
New experiences → new neural connections.
Repetition → neural networks strengthen (habits).
Memory & Emotions
Experiences with strong emotions = etched into the brain.
The past lives as memory in both brain and body.
The Cycle of Thinking & Feeling
Thought → biochemical reaction → feeling → new thought.
This creates a vicious circle = your current state of being.
The body learns emotions better than consciousness → autopilot.
Living in the Past
Same thoughts + same feelings = same choices & routines.
Your body becomes your mind → your future becomes your past.
Energy & Field
Thoughts = electrical.
Feelings = chemical.
Together = electromagnetic field (your broadcast frequency).
If you keep broadcasting from your past → you attract the same experiences.
The Key
Break the cycle.
Change your thoughts, change your feelings → change your energy.
Step 1 is awareness.
You must see that your thoughts and feelings drive your reality.
By observing what you think and feel, you pull your brain out of autopilot.
Once you notice you’re falling back into old patterns, you can choose to do something different.
Releasing the Body from the Past
The body wants to return to familiar feelings (stress, fear, guilt, sadness).
These emotions are addictive to the body.
If you stop feeding them with the same thoughts, your body resists (discomfort, excuses, drama).
This is precisely the sign that you are changing.
Allowing the Unknown
The past feels familiar; the future feels uncertain.
To create something new, you must allow the unknown.
The unknown = the place of possibility.
In meditation you learn to quiet your thoughts and loosen from your old identity.
Creating a New State of Being
Consciously choose new thoughts → generate new feelings.
Place your attention on emotions of the future: gratitude, love, joy, trust.
These emotions send your body a new signal that the future is already present now.
This is how you program your brain and body for a new reality.
Energy & Creation
Raise your emotional frequency (love, gratitude, joy).
Your electromagnetic field changes and attracts new experiences that match your new energy.
You no longer broadcast your past, but your future.
In Summary
Past = conditioned mind & body.
Future = creation of a new self.
The key: awareness + letting go + embracing the unknown + cultivating elevated emotions.
✨ In short: the greatest lesson is that you are not your past; every day, in the eternal now, you can choose again who you want to be and which future you want to attract.
You broadcast a new energy, and therefore attract new experiences.
The Past Lives in Our Brain and Body
Every experience and emotion leaves traces in our brain.
The stronger the emotion, the deeper it’s stored.
Thoughts and Feelings Form a Cycle
Thoughts evoke feelings.
Feelings feed the same thoughts again.
This creates a state of being that keeps us anchored in the past.
The Body Becomes the Mind
Through repetition, the body takes over and runs on autopilot.
The body “remembers” emotions and feels them even without conscious thoughts.
You Broadcast Your Past
Thoughts = electrical, feelings = chemical → together they form your electromagnetic field.
If this field is programmed with your past, you attract the same experiences.
Awareness Is the Key to Change
Once you see you are slipping into old patterns, you can choose to do or feel something new.
Allowing the Unknown Opens the Future
The familiar past feels safe, but it holds you back.
The unknown is exciting—and full of possibility.
New Feelings Create a New Reality
By consciously cultivating gratitude, love, trust, and joy, you reprogram your brain and body.
🌿 Practice Set – Living in the Eternal Now
1. Awareness of the Past
Question: Which thought or memory keeps showing up today?
Write down: Which emotion does it trigger?
Reflection: Notice how your body responds (tension, heaviness, restlessness).
2. Break the Cycle
Exercise: The moment you notice the same thought or emotion repeating, say to yourself:
👉 “This is the past. I choose something new now.”
Action: Breathe in and out deeply 3 times, and place your attention on something in the now (e.g., a scent, a sound, or your breath).
3. Make Space for the Unknown
Question: What would happen if I let go of the familiar for a moment?
Write down: One small action to do differently today (e.g., take a different cycling route, choose a different breakfast, message someone).
4. Cultivate New Emotions
Visualization: Close your eyes and imagine your future is already real.
Question: How does it feel if that life exists now?
Exercise: Choose one emotion (love, joy, gratitude, trust) and feel it consciously in your body for 2 minutes.
5. Broadcast a New Signal
Affirmation: Write one sentence that sums up your new state of being.
Example: “I radiate trust and attract abundance.”
Repeat: Say it out loud every morning or evening while you evoke the feeling.
6. Daily Check-In
Finish your practice with:
• 1 thing you’re grateful for today.
• 1 feeling you choose to carry intentionally into tomorrow.
